Rates
All rates based on single/double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
- A $4.75 utility pass-through fee plus state tax will be added to room rate - per room, per night. This fee is to help recover the cost of utilities in the Park. The price of utilities is much higher in remote elevated locations such as Shenandoah. The utility fee is subject to 5% state tax.
- Room rates at Skyland Resort and Big Meadows Lodge are subject to 5% state tax and 4% occupancy tax. Rates at Lewis Mountain Cabins are subject to 5% state tax.
- An optional $1.00 National Park Foundation donation will be added to your bill. Shenandoah National Park Trust is the official non-fundraising partner for the Park which helps protect and enhance the park for current visitors and future generations. The Trust collaborates with the park superintendent and her staff to identify priority projects that government funding will not cover. Visit www.snptrust.org for information on completed and current projects.

2012 Peak Season rates will be in effect for the following dates:
- May 25, 26, 27 (Memorial Day)
- August 31, September 1 , 2 (Labor Day)
- All days September 21 thru November 3
- November 23, 24, 25 (Thanksgiving)
Check-in and Reservation Policies
- Check-in at 3 pm; Check-out at 11 am.
- All rooms and public areas plus 25 feet from the buildings are smoke-free environments.
- Reservations are confirmed upon payment equal to one night's room rate. Most major credit cards are accepted. A personal check or money order is accepted within 10 days of booking.
- Any charges incurred during stay may be paid with cash, check, or a major credit card prior to departure.
- Cancel policies are rate specific. You can view the policy by clicking on the rate name when availability returns. For specific details regarding your group cancellation policy, please consult your group organizer.
- Please note that every consideration will be made to honor your special requests, however, specific room numbers or buildings cannot be guaranteed.
Pet Policy
- $25.00 per pet, per night, non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for pets in the room.
- No more than two well-behaved pets per room permitted. Service animals always allowed. Pet owners will be liable for any additional cleaning bills or repairs should they be required.
- Limited rooms available. Please inquire about room at time of booking reservation.
- Pets must be declared at check-in. In consideration of all guests, pets must be attended at all times. Your pet cannot be left alone in your room unless in a portable kennel.
- Pets cannot be tied or left unattended on balconies.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times while in the Park. Check the Shenandoah National Park website for their current policy.
- Pets are not permitted in any public building. Service animals always allowed.
- When walking pets on the property, please be considerate of other guests and clean up after your pet.
- “Mutt Mitts” are located in the room for cleaning up after your pets.
Payment Policy
The first night’s stay is due at time of booking. Remaining balance is due at time of checkout.
