All rates based on single/double occupancy. A $3.00 utility pass-through will be added to room rate, per room, per night. Rates at Skyland Resort subject to 5% state tax and 4% occupancy tax.
Each additional person $11.00. Roll-away bed $11.00. $25.00/pet per night.

Policies

Rates are subject to change without notice
Reservations are confirmed upon payment equal to one night's room fee. Most major credit cards are accepted. A personal check or money order is accepted within 10 days of booking.
Any charges incurred during stay may be paid with cash, check, or a major credit card prior to departure.
All canceled reservations will be assessed a USD 15.00 cancellation fee.
Reservations must be canceled 3 days (72 hours) prior to 3PM local time on scheduled arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit less the USD 15.00 cancellation fee.
All cancellation inside of 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a one night's stay plus tax cancellation charge. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. For this reason we recommend travel insurance.
Please note that every consideration will be made to honor your special requests, however, specific room numbers or buildings cannot be guaranteed.

Pet Policy

$25.00 per pet/per night, non-refundable cleaning fee charged for pet rooms.
No more than two well-behaved pets per room permitted. Service animals always allowed. Pet owners will be liable for any additional cleaning bills or repairs should they be required.

Limited rooms available. Please inquire about room at time of booking reservation.
Pets must be declared at check-in. In consideration of all guests, pets must be attended at all times. Your pet cannot be left alone in your room unless in a portable kennel.
Pets cannot be tied or left unattended on balconies.
Pets must be on a leash at all times while in the Park. Check the Park's website for their current policy http://www.nps.gov/shen
Pets are not permitted in any public building. Service animals always allowed.
When walking pets on the property, please be considerate of other guests and clean up after your pet.
Mutt mitts are located at the north end of your building.

Park Entrance Fees and Parking

You'll need to purchase an entrance permit, valid for seven consecutive days, upon entering the park. $15.00 per private vehicle - March thru December. For more information on Park fees, visit the National Park Service website. Parking is free at all lodging properties and throughout the Park.
