	Meet the Chef These fun filled culinary experiences start off with a “Meet the Chef Reception” with wines, a grand cheese display and butlered cold hors d’oeuvres. Participants then enjoy a relaxing dinner on their own. Morning and afternoon food & wine workshops will also be conducted. The evening highlight is a four-course dinner with wine pairings. A winery representative will be in attendance to discuss the wines selected and answer questions.
Participants receive a specialty apron and recipe cards of the foods featured in the workshops. (Breakfast included in rate both mornings at Big Meadows Lodge.)
