Executive Chef Peter Bizon has an extensive hospitality background in Food and Beverage serving in leadership positions such as Executive Chef for Wyndham Hotels, Assistant Director of Food & Nutrition for the North Mississippi Medical Center, and operating his own restaurant in Tupelo, Mississippi. |

| He was the Executive Chef at the Virginia Hospital, an ARAMARK account in Arlington, Virginia from 2006 thru April, 2008. Chef Bizon earned his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales College in Providence, RI. |
| On Day 2, morning and afternoon food and wine workshops will be conducted. The evening highlight is a five-course dinner with wine pairings. A winery representative will be in attendance to discuss the wines selected and answer questions. Chef Bizon will lead the workshops. |
